We used Lidar scanner to get the accurate model of the van. While it was at the mechainic's being serviced, we designed and had a CNC fabrication company cut out the components.
Cabinets are made from 18mm birch ply and have been professionally machined by Vertne MD. (http://www.vertne.com/)
The bed slides out for use and stows away for use in the dining area and saloon.
The sliding table can be locked out in different positions depending on requirements.
Kitchen contains cabinets with cubby areas for storage of food and utensils
Flip down counter in the kitchen permits easy access to the cabin from the cargo area.
Plumbing installation with 30 liter fresh water tank and 30 liter gray water tank. The water flow is controlled by a switch and a 10L/min submersible pump.
