CNC Services Pricing Structure

This pricing structure is designed to cover labor, machine operation, and tool change costs. It consists of a fixed Base Fee and a Variable Fee based on machine time and tool changes. Simpler projects with fewer tool changes will generally attract lower costs.

Base Fee: $60 per job - Covers admin setup and delivery

Variable Fee

• Machine Time Charge: $20.00 per productive hour (no charges between operations) - Typical cutting rates: 30 l/m hour, 200 drill/hour

• Tool Change Charge: $10 per tool change
